The Company shall endeavour to provide to the customers through voice assisted command its services such as policy renewal booking, location of nearby Garage, Hospital and Branch, policy details and FAQs, etc., and insurance products offered by it and such services as Company decide from time to time. However, such services may differ from category to category. The Company may make additions /deletions to the voice assisted services offered to its customers at its sole discretion. Magma HDI General Insurance Company reserves the right to choose the devices, software platforms, versions, networks, methods, and data services that will be supported. The customer shall comply with these terms and conditions at all times.
By using voice assisted services, the customer hereby authorizes Magma HDI General Insurance Company to collect and use technical information about the equipment and related software, hardware and peripherals and any data and information, whether internet-based or wireless, to improve the services offered to the customer. By using the application, Customer consents to share such information with the company which may deem fit for the purpose of policy issuance, policy renewal, searching nearest garage, searching nearest hospital, searching nearest branch, FAQs about the company and insurance products offered by it.
