• If the amended RC is unavailable, use a Financier-stamped RTO Form 35 or a Financier NOC for deletions. For additions, submit a Financier-stamped RTO Form 34.

• A Financier NOC is not required for deletions if the amended RC is available.

• Transfer fee of INR 59/- and NCB recovery on pro-rata basis (if applicable). Payment link shall be sent post positive inspection of the vehicle

• Proof of vehicle transfer (RC/Form 29&30/Sale Deed/ Delivery Challan/ RTO acknowledgement) copy or receipt

• Duly filled Proposal form from new owner/E-verified proposal form/Proposal verified along with Online Payment Link

• Pre-Inspection report (If the gap between RC transfer and request date is more than 14 days)

• NOC required if the vehicle is transferred from employer to employee with NCB on Company letterhead
